Additional Information: The user said I would be able to advertise in 500+ groups but did did not tell me it would take weeks to even join that many groups because of telegram has rate limits which I did not know, He made it seem as it would work right out the box when in reality it would take almost 3 weeks for me to do that because of telegram bans for 17 hours after joining 20 groups. I'll break the math down here from his numbers:
If I can only join 20 groups then have to wait 17hours to join another 20 groups is a long time. Lets do the math.
20 groups per 17 hours
500 groups divided by 20 = 20
20 x 17 = 425 hours
425 hours divided by 24hours = 17.70833333 days
It would take me 17 days just to join all those groups. I feel like he should tell customers this before buying instead of making people believe it would work straight away. The only thing he told me is that you need an aged telegram account which I had so I though I was good to go.
Also for the small amount of groups that I was able to join I could only post (which also gets rate limited) The scraper and adding to groups does not work and the user has not made any updates or have any updates for a year.

Because there was no exchange of money I am not asking for a refund but this user has threatened a scam report and to leak my configs so I am opening this scam report for this deal to be cancelled. His tool is unusable and he has no recent vouches or proof that people are actually using his tool. If I have to give him access to my working cloud this user needs to update his tool and provide me a way to post to 500+ groups without me having to wait weeks because he never told me that part. I would have never made the trade if I knew that. I don't want a refund, I just dont think its fair that I have to give access when his tool doesnt wrok and hasnt made a single update since we traded. which was in February.
