This complaint is totally fake and misleading. i never declined my clients refund when I am unable to give replacement. First of all you have to share deal screenshot here. And before open a dispute you have to discuss with me about refund.

just check the spoiler in the first post. There is everything you need to know.
Also on September 11, 1pm EU time I said I give you 24h for a replacement and them I am openning a scam report if no replacement will be given.
You said "If I am unable to resolve within 24 Hrs then I will refund you of your remaining days don't worry. Sorry for the inconveniences". 48h later and you are surprised that I am openning a scam case.

so you are totally claimant to take your refund, you have to tell in IB about that, why you open scam report unnecessary ?

by the way, count the days and tell me the remaining months to refund you.

I already talked with you in telegram. I don't have to contact you there again if clearly you can't affort the replacement or you didn't ask for the address to refund. It's not only "on me" to keep a touch with you. You as a "goods-provider" should take care of your customers. Week of waiting is enough for me to see clearly that you don't really care.

As of the amount of refund - I think it's pretty clear that you are supposed to refund full value. I purchased the account for 1 year. It stopped working 3 months before the time we discussed but it doesn't really matter. If you ask amazon for refund they do not refund the item price minus the days you've been using it. Same with any other item you buy online. If the seller can't keep his part of the deal then the deal is not valid anymore. It doesn't matter if there is a day, week or month left.

Bro you it is not any reason to open a scam report unnecessary, You have to tell in Ib just and take and refund, if I am declining your refund or not replying or i block you not responding. Then in this case you can open scam report. You opened dispute when I am totally responding you and agreed to give refund if not replacement.
