Additional Information:
Someone closely affiliated to @PulseRefund tried doing an ofm fix for me. He has not responded in three days and amazon return deadline is on the 15th. This has been going on for a while, with multiple promises being made that the account will be returned.
 
Total order value: 2.6k. I really don't wanna have to sit on the items.

This is not the only instance of this happening, as multiple users are complaining as well.
As to the close affiliation of these two users, they are using the same Refund confirmations with on both of their channels, meaning some sort of working together. While not having contacted user directly through PulseRefunds, there are rumors that they might be the same person.

Eve/w56 being the user whos not returning the account, Luca/Pulse being the user he's affiliated with.

User replied. He acted like he gave me the account, but deleted the account beforehand.

PulseRefund and "w56" are the same person, they both have a telegram channel with similar names, and they both post the same exact refunded item/prices AT THE SAME TIME/HOUR with just the watermark changed. They either are the same person or they're collaborating/co-workers

Yep it's the same guy, ban this idiot, he doesn't deserve to be allowed to do business here. That's the second report where he takes someone's account and he probably does it to everybody.

@MrKangarooo you can message amazon, provide all details (say you were hacked) and they will restore your account to the original email address and message you a private link to reset the password. There is nothing the scammer can do to keep your account or delete it it in this case. I have done this personally multiple times and it always works.

There is nothing the scammer can do to keep your account or delete it it in this case. I have done this personally multiple times and it always works.

Unfortunately isn't. If the account were to exist, yeah no problem recovering it, but not if I deleted it "myself" lmao.
