Additional Information: i bought fully verified coinbase and paypal, i specificly mentioned that the account needs to be 5/5 verified, he did not deliver it fully verified only 3/5 and said that it required bank to be 5/5 verified which he didn't mention before, i added 60$ extra for a bank, and 3 days have passed and he did not deliver, and i don't need the accounts anymore

So, as every single customer that traded with me even with amount 20 times higher than this, knows that I never scammed and în case of refunds, I always did that..
When he ordered accounts, he told me he needs fully verified PayPal and fully verified Coinbase. I sent him the paypal + Coinbase on his own personal mail and phone number ( PayPal fully verified and with the posibility to reverify în case anything is requested, Coinbase I gave him with ID and Proof of Address verified. )
Then he messaged me one day later saying PayPal needs bank account and CC linked, but obviously for that He needs to buy a bank under same name, which he never stated when he initially made The PayPal + Coinbase order. I explained him and he bought Swissmoney to link with PayPal for 60$. I did not do it because of real life problems and verg inactive Last 2 days, and I offered him a 60$ refund but not a 130$ refund because I delivered him PayPal + Coinbase fully verified as he asked.
He never told me he needs PayPal + Bank + Coinbase în the first order, he told me in the second one when the first deal was terminated. I am open to any decision!

Also, as every single KYC open up seller, to setup completely a PayPal axcount u need bank & cc under same name, which he never bought, so I couldnt set up except with The personal details and eventually make the verification.
