Additional Information: I paid him $25 for the residential proxy plan and right after I paid him he said "wait for a confirmation" in which I waited over 25 minutes or so and he still didn't respond so I told him its at 1 confirmation (was actually at 3 confirmations) and then didn't get a response until 3 hours later in which he said he "fell asleep".  Then he told me the proxies were working which it clearly isn't at all, he wouldn't even tell me what proxy protocol it was.  I gave him a ton of time to look into it and still no response even as of just now, more proof: https://i.imgur.com/uI0ZKC2.png

Also, I went on my alt account and opened a ticket and he replied there and even with his LTC address when he admitted that his proxies aren't working, he's willingly taking payment from even more people while his proxies aren't working at all/scamming.  Proof of that here: https://i.imgur.com/VLDPtYb.png

Lastly, I wanna mention I bought from him in the past and it was NEVER like this, he never responded very slow and he always instantly sent me the proxies.  It has been the exact opposite now and also he took my customer role off (so I cant post in vouch again) and he deleted the negative vouch I posted in his Discord so his other customers/new people won't see it (so he'll probably scam more people).  I'd hate to see other people get scammed like myself of $25 and potentially even more.  This looks like an exit scam or something.  Proof of him deleting my customer role/deleting my negative vouch can be found here: https://i.imgur.com/gjhtDw4.png
