Additional Information:
I purchased "211K HQ UK PRIVATE COMBO LIST" and "910K HQ PRIVATE FR COMBO LIST" from his shop on Shoppy on December 27, 2021.
211k Uk.txt is 100% public (proof). 910K.txt is almost completely generated (proof).

Seller doesn't want to refund me for two reasons: he claims he doesn't have access to the wallet, and he claims private data is any data that gets you hits.
I can provide all invoices IDs, TXIDs, and the data I bought for verification. I won't go broke for 13 Euros but it's annoying that people advertise public data as private.

When you set data up for sale on Shoppy you are well aware that people are able to purchase it without dealing with you.
It's the whole point of using an autobuy: I don't have to ask you nothing because you already provide a description.

You don't know what private data means, you don't own the wallet you receive payments on...
Stop pretending to be a data broker and tell your brother you scammed a stranger online.

Seller won't be able to refund me and I don't want to waste time with worthless data.
I'm closing the dispute myself, I genuinely reccomend you to get out of the data market.
