Additional Information:

He told me at 7/17 He'll deliver the account, he wanted to send the acc on telegram so he chatted me there
Suddenly he told me he was in hospital but hes been legit on telegram 24/7 cuz i keep seeing "Last Seen Recently"
I think hes trying to win time from me to not mark a dispute to steal as much money as he can before getting banned.
