Greetings,
I want to provide some clarification regarding the deal.
2 Days ago, i sold @CocaineSwipe a Steam Account which is cracked at a very low price, althought its important to note that during the negotiation process it was clearly communicated to @CocaineSwipe that the Account is cracked and there is a chance that it could get recovered, despite this he accepted the risks of the sale acknowledging and agreeing to assume the associated risks. At this point, he is responsible for his actions and i never said the account wont get recovered, i came clearly and told him it was cracked.

These screenshots shows that the customer knew the risks before purchase.

Now after the sale was done (The deal was already closed: he bought the account taking the risks) i mentioned to the customer that i may consider offering a replacement in the event of revoke, as a gesture of goodwill and not as a formal part of the initial agreement,  you can already see in his secreenshots that i offered it after the deal was done and it was not part of deal but a gift from a seller to a customer, It is important to know that this offer was made after the transaction was concluded and was intended as a goodwill gesture rather than an obligation under the terms of the original agreement.
Here you can see when the deal ended :

And here when i offered the gift :

Note : I asked him for a refund after this:  https://i.ibb.co/znCpTwG/Zrzut-ekranu-34.png and he refused saying that he dont want to waste time removing steam guard and giving the account back. so he also knew the account was cracked 2-1 days before the sale and continued without a refund, sadly i cant show a screenshot as i have an auto-delete for my conversations for my personal safety [Selling illegaly obtained product]

Finnaly, The deal was about selling a cracked account to @CocaineSwipe with him knowing that the account was cracked and could get recovered the deal ended there. My offer after the deal was a gesture of goodwill towards my customer and im not responsible of what happend to the account after purchase as the customer already knew the risks

Here is the link of the the conversation exported from telegram : https://www.upload.ee/files/16630955/Cha...2.rar.html
As i said the rest of the conversation was deleted from my part for my personal safety, although he already have most of the screenshots except the one when i offered the refund

I only decided not to get a refund from you, because 1. i didnt want to waste mine and your time, 2. i believed that the account was AGED 15+ days as you said before, you blatantly lied to me about the age of the account and only then after the lie came out you offered a replacement so i don't revoke the vouch and start a deal dispute. So your arguments about the account being cracked are correct, i knew it was cracked and could be revoked but i wouldnt buy it if i knew it was cracked just yesterday and not the promised 15+ days. NOTE you didnt tell me it was cracked yesterday at the time of sale, you only did after i called you out for it and only then offered a replacement, not a refund

Oh and you also did false advertise on your marketplace thread saying that the account isnt stolen, cracked means it was stolen now, doesn't it? https://ibb.co/CvXp9Tt

First, i remember i clearly said i will talk to staff to remove the vouch and proceed with the refund, and you refused the deal after knowing the account was cracked 2 days ago, at this point you are the one responsible for your refuse i could have just refunded you and this would never happend but you chose to take the risks and play on 2 ropes, thinking that my misunderstandment could get u an easy refund if luck dosent go ur way, I made a misunderstandment while selling the account and when you realised it you talked me about it, i offered a refund and you refused, Dosent that sound like your problem ?

Also as i mentioned earlier, i typed "The account is not stolen or banned" for my personal safety as selling illegal obtained products is against law and that could be a lead althought i made it clear for you in dms that the account is Cracked

Not true, at that point i didnt know the account wasnt "aged", after i called you out for that you only did say something about that replacement, so why don't you want to give a replacement you agreed to? Why even agree to something, and then say you agreed to it "as a gesture of goodwill and not as a formal part of the initial agreement"? Whats the point of agreeing to any terms then when you just say its goodwil and all the other shit lol

You should have said it was "as a gesture of goodwill and not as a formal part of the initial agreement" at the moment of sale, not afterwards

It is true, why would i offer a refund if the deal went well, i offered it because i told u it was cracked 2 days ago instead of 15 and you refused the refund knowing the risks and if it gets recovered u just open a deal dispute so you win in both sides, either u get a very high quality account at the cheapest price or get your funds back.
Also as i said before my offer was off the deal, you can see in my previous replies that the deal was built on selling a cracked steam account to you only, my offer is just a gift to my client, and as you started threatning me with opening a deal dispute, i told you go ahead.

"You should have said it was "as a gesture of goodwill and not as a formal part of the initial agreement" at the moment of sale, not afterwards"
Well friend, My thread was all about selling cracked a steam account the replacement was a gesture of goodwill, consider it a gift and it was not obligatory as i told you after the deal was over, if i said it before u purchased maybe u are right but i never did.

Finnaly, you bought a steam account knwowing the risks, i made a misunderstandment and asked you for a refund and you refused,  you took ur chances and it didnt work out that's on you, now its staff's call to decide.
