Only problem is that proxies are slow, he said he will resolve it in 24hrs and if he doesnt he refunds it. If they dont work and he doesnt refund me I will write here that he scammed and if all is ok i will close this

He wants to refund now he said he will refund in 3-5 days (that was like 3 or 4 days ago)
If he wont refund I still want him to be banned. If you really want you can close the report but its still not over
