Additional Information: I contacted Schzart on the 22th of June to purchase a T3 Coinbase account for $80, he was fast to respond when it came to payment but when the days past by and nothing got delivered he kept ignoring me until he finally responded on the 30th of June, I asked him for a refund and he agreed, I gave him all the information he requested for the refund and after that he ignored me again after multiple messages in the ticket, in his dm and in the general chat he kept ignoring me so this scam report is the only solution that is left.
