Additional Information: First off, SirHugs hasn't been helping me at all. He has just been giving me small tips that haven't been helpful. I've worked with this eBook since October and haven't made a single cent. Second, he ignores me and isn't helping me. Also ignoring me and not giving the updates. He answers other customers but not me.

I have like over 40 tickets opened I still needa go through, because I recently put out a new update for the ebook and I needa do that hand by hand. You couldve dmed me, and that was a long time ago no time recently you dmed me. And it matters how you take the advice I gave, but you just didnt do anything in it.

When I asked him on discord if I could atleast login to hes account to see if he done anything, he say "I deleted the account". And is still refusing my help.

I really double you tried, or possibly hiding dms

I take the tips and followed them exactly. And I was doing them, exactly as you said. You never DM'ed me asking how it was going. I haven't been hiding DM's nor haven't tried.
