Additional Information:

I spent $1500 for their service, after payment, everything was fine at the beginning, but a few days later when I checked I found out my balance had reset to zero and our messages history on telegram got deleted by him 
I've attempted to contact him again but he has been ignoring me ever since

and I'm well aware that I'm not talking to an impersonator because the telegram link is provided by their own support on their website support ticket https://i.imgur.com/4130qCT.png  and I indeed received what I purchased for the first few days

After contacting @ZeroP (another owner), I was able to get back my balance, and it looks like @SpartanHoplite won't be part of their service anymore. therefore, I'd like to keep this dispute open only for him rather than for the service. since he does seem to be trying to scam me after all. and I've removed the thread link in the first post
