Additional Information: Did spent 220 Gb to buy an iphone 12 mini as "B4U" , opened a ticket on discord, i told him that gonna use a reship as i'm not in the UK , told it was ok, then one day later told me that the delivery failed and i losted my money and didn't want to refund me
They never told me at any moment that if the delivery fail, i could lose my money

Hiya there Teken,

As seen in his screenshot, https://ibb.co/2vzPdmk, it clearly states the date and time it was being delivered. This was told a day in advance so he could organise someone to collect it with his reship. 
We provided our service by getting the item from Argos and then sending it to the address specified. No one was in to accept the item and as Argos have their own delivery company, it was returned due no one accepting it and it being a high valued item. 

If he co-ordinated with his reship better, we would not be having this issue. We provided our service and are not willing to process a brand new one because of something that was not down to us.

Due to this we aren't prepared to give him a refund as it was not our fault that he did not co-ordinate his team better. We did as was asked and got the item delivered

I will wait and see what Teken says, from my point of view I don't think I have done anything wrong but if it comes out as I have we can work something out.

Also just putting this out there we have about £100 in expenses for every B4U.
