Scam report against Staff (Liars)

He's again and again closing my scam report again floraiN without providing any sensible solution keeping his ego aside.

1. you reinstalled the server yourself first, so even if they did reinstall it, the server had no data anyway after your reinstall and obviously, you would have kept a backup prior to your own reinstall: https://i.imgur.com/gI47MdC.png
2. your issue was related to using a VPN, if you leave a VPN on prior to disconnection, then you cant log back in via RDP. There is a warning regarding this already on their server.

Liars is not here to resolve Deal disputes in your favour so accept the decision and don't open it again for the same issue.

The reinstall did have my configs and checker and combos on it after my reinstall!!! And I didn't save the backup because I didn't know I would have to reinstall again. Even you, if you all have to be so biased then so be it. Thanks for the amazing support guys :) Your justifying their reinstalling my server without my permission AMAZING JOB ✓

I am not justifying the reinstall, all I am saying is you cannot be paid for damages because we can't validate the value of stuff on the RDP.
Deal dispute section is to resolve disputes, they have been warned to not intentionally cause any data loss of clients, you are free to leave a negative review regarding this but cannot keep opening deal disputes expecting money against the damage.

Your opinion on our job is not needed, deal disputes won't be solved according to how you want the outcome to be.
