Additional Information: I will let staff decide on what to do in this situation as I don't think neither seller or I can find a solution. Everything is in the screenshots. Basically, their paypal has been limited after my order and I can't get the product via their store. They say they can not give me the gift card because they didn't receive anything. On my side, I am positive that I paid and it even shows in my bank statement. I do suspect that my payment triggered some kind of verification in their paypal and that's what caused the limitation.
I can provide in dm every proof you need to confirm the paypal was not a stolen one and payment has been made.
