Scam report against @Steps | Chew#1234

Hey, I know I'm not allowed to type in this Scam Report but @Steps has to FULLY refund @Klarix . He made a thread regarding this service and he also added the discord of "CHEW#1234". You aren't even allowed to do this and it is against the rules 3 "Proxy selling" is an act where you sell a product/account for someone else, This is prohibited.
