Our tos allows us as much time as needed. If you didn't already know it is a holiday weekend and I am currently on vacation. Next time this happens try dming me as I have the server muted and I only check dms when I am on vacation and don't have time to do anything. You can also ping our other staff rather then myself if you need assistance and I am still offline.

He did not buy anything from me all he did was buy logs from a completely different shop and send them to me to attempt to hit for him which I failed and in our tos is a closed ticket we do not provide any refunds for failed hits as we did not recieve anything from it and we cannot refund.
