Additional Information: I had to create a scam report last time to get what I paid for after a week. Link to the previous report. The product with "lifetime-warranty" worked for only one month. I reported the issue 10 days ago and he provided a dead replacement two days later. Reported that the replacement is not working (wrong user/pass) and basically got ghosted after that. I'm really tired of creating scam reports to have his attention. (you can see dozens of scam reports on this forum). I would rather have my money back!

please send ur txid if ur perp is down cause its strange if ur perp fell in one month as its yearly built and i sent all new orders and fixes yesterday only , this wont be refunded or anything please dm ur tg id for me to check

It's not strange because I said it is a monthly account and you said "don't worry it's gonna be renewed" which it didn't.
I would understand if you respond and say give me 24/48/etc hours and I'll replace it for you. Ghosting customer and not responding on the other hand is not maturely.

This new account seems to be yearly so all good for now.
We can close this ticket.
