Additional Information: I don't believe the seller checked if the content in his ebook is available for free on cracked or not. He also thinks he's covered by his TOS which states "There is no refunds at no circumstances, all sales are final." , although he is selling public info that can all be found on cracked for free, so I don't believe his TOS covers this. If staff wants me to send you proof of this, let me know and I'll send it all in a PM.

As i said to you before, i never stated that any of this is private knowledge. This is just a scheme that i used to use myself for refundings as it explains the whole proccess how you can spend crypto as real money, get residental reship address, sell your refunded item, and withdraw profits and the refunded amount back in crypto fully annonymously. For example if i buy an ebook about crypto casino wagering (Thats being sold right now), i can easily ask for a refund because you can count that as a public knowledge because you can find tactics to wager your money on youtube or even on this forum.

There's a very big difference in selling information and a method. You're selling information that is accessible for free here on cracked.
Yes, you can sell a method on how to make money on ebay, even if ebay is a very well known and public platform, and still count it as private. What you can not do is sell information that literally states "Ebay is a platform were you can sell your refunded products on".

Spend this time on literally any business and you'll make the same money, if not more, while sleeping.

I have no idea why you bought the ebook where it says how to get residental addresses if you can find everything about it on this forum, as all the possible ways to get a residental addresses was disscussed on this forum before.

I was planning to release a NFT service where i look for promising NFT projects that could make me (And the potential customers) profit after minting, but i can give you access for free as you could still pay for it and ask for refund as finding information about NFT projects is Public knowledge and everyone can do it for free.

I purchased it because I assumed you had a new/private way of getting residential addresses for drops. I didn't purchase it thinking it was something that is already shared for free here.

- No, this is completely different. First of all, you're providing a service, not selling a method. Second, if you were to sell it as an method that shows how to perform X to find these NFT projects, and sell it to customers - You can do so, no matter if the platforms or websites that you include are being discussed on the forums.. but there's a difference there which you can't seem to understand, because you keep giving the same examples 3 times now but just changing the topics for each.

I do this because based on the vendors previous messages, he seems to think he can refund me whenever he wants to. I rather not wait until he feels like refunding me.
