HWID depends on lots of parameter, reinstalling OS may change HWID
Every developer has a auth system, and not all depend on Motherboard/CPU/Hard disk/Physical address of network card (MAC) only, as you think

When the BIOS firmware of the pc is updated, hwid will definitely change
When a pc has multiple network adapters or virtual network adapters, it is also easy to cause hwid changes

I also used the checker (free and paid). Since then, I've only had problems with the PC. With the paid version, I ultimately couldn't reset Windows in the normal way
When I looked at it more closely I saw that an Analys red line came out. I also had to solve the problem with tron ​​script so that I could get rid of the virus

He refused basicly to help me and blamed my pc for the issue
