Additional Information:
He's selling RP gifts in league of legends, said gifts won't be revoked and account won't get banned.
Two days later my account gets banned, as soon as i message him about it he blocks me and bans me from his server

Crypto address for a refund: N/A
Paid with paypal so would like the refund to be sent back to my paypal
