Additional Information: i have been buying hetzner panles from him for about 3 months, probably more, from the start there was always a problem with his
services and his resnponse time, recently i order 3 private panels from him, which lasted about 2 days before hetzner emailed me and requested for docs
he replced 2 of the panels, one from 2 days ago and another yestraday, today the latest one had the same issue and they requested for documents, he admits that the
documents that he used to create the accounts may have been faulty, i talked with him today, letting him know the latest replacement had the same issue as before and asked for a refund
he said that he will take the panels and refund but insulted me along his lines, i think others deserve to know who they are dealing with so here im

hello first of all the accounts he bought from me are without warranty and he knew that , second i don't need to justify myself i sell the panels for another customers and no problems until now the same time i gave him panel and i can proof my work for staff in dms , https://imgur.com/a/aSHk834 as you can see i didn't need to replacement his old accounts but i thought the problem was on my side this is when the reward of goodness will meet you with evil, so i replaced them in same time i replaced account for another customer but the problem was from @T3z side he change the details for panels or idk and came to me again and again and said you wasting my time just to be clear , me either i don't have time for this shit i was busy all week 
i have all proofs the problem wasn't from me thanks

without warranty doesn't mean your service can break and you are not held responsible
when you provide a service you guarantee it to an extent
in this case your panels got busted due to the documents you used as
i didnt change anything on them except the email (due to you being lazy and not setting the panel on the email i provided from the start)
i used these as i used to with your other panels and there wasnt a single case were they would ask for docs so clearly its on your end
you have also memtioned this yourself in the chat, that the docs you used might have been faulty, and i believe thats the case

also, this isnt the first instance you had given me faulty panels
before these, the panels i bought from you were supposed to clear the invoice on them
which they never did, not once, but you charged me extra for them
but i coped, trusted you again, and you managed to waste my time again with faulty panels and your disrespectful
response time, nevermind that after all this you had the balls to insult me too

ok let's settle some things without warranty means i won't give warranty for any reasons , after you received the panel it's your responsibility and in another case i won't sell bad accounts and according to your reply you are accusing me of baseless allegations so you thought you know my work better than me right ?
why i need to solve others mistakes , if you change anything on panel or kill for illegal spam or attacks why i need to send you replacement , but you got the replacement  for old non warranty panels anyways 
you wasting my time and money i'm losing more than i profit from you

modified the account information or something like that this why they asked him to send the documents again i don't have anything against you but if you create new account and come to buy from me again i wont sell anything to anyone not trusted and get problems for myself , and i bought Bugatti by your 30$ i don't have time for this shit enough with those people , this not about your money i refund anyone have a problem and i can't solve his problem but you created the problem by your hands and i have proofs from many customers that my accounts don't have a problem i dont care about your money you can take it back

about third account i was far from home and exhausted , after i back to home i sent him message in first place https://imgur.com/a/YAxot0I he was offline and i slept , if i knew this will happened thank god i didn't send you the account to kill it again ? 
you don't mention the good , he bought accounts without warranty from me since 2 months after his month end he came and asked for replacement who the fuc will give you replacement in this case , but i helped anyways i gave him free accounts , back to reality you must give me extra money not ask for refund
