Additional Information: Been waiting for an account for 9 days. He's been banned here before and still has many scam reports open, ban this guy lol. Still bumping his thread even though he owes many accounts, just look at the posts on his thread.
Side note: Also, guy is pathetic and giving false reputation. I gave him negative rep because he hasn't provided me an account in over a week, and it's happened multiple times, and he gave me negative rep in return on this https://imgur.com/a/l297lzW even though I never dealt with him regarding this specific post.
