Additional Information: This idiot called me on my Telegram profile with the intention of selling an OF account with $100. We talked, I said what price I would pay, he laughed and then came back saying he accepted that price. I asked for evidence he said he wasn't going to log into the account and just sent me his @ here on the site. I sent him a message here to check @ and he replied very quickly. As soon as I sent the payment he deleted the chat and blocked me. For real I don't even want him to refund me I just want him banned.
