Scam report against azdone

Additional Information: I bought this seller his direct login method for streamate, asked for his wallet to make the payment, and he told me to make the purchase at his store in Selly, then I proceeded to make the purchase there, made the shipping and the btc was marked as confirmed, but I was all night waiting for my selly purchase to be confirmed, I waited a couple of days and my purchase was never confirmed, after 2 days of waiting the payment was not confirmed automatically, I asked the seller to verify, but he said that I did not receive the payment

I asked the seller if I could re-purchase directly to his wallet and that if my purchase from Selly was confirmed later he would give me a refund for Selly's payment as it would be 2 payments, the seller said he would refund me the money, the seller was very helpful the first day giving me the product I paid for and a VPN to use the account.

Later I contacted selly support to comment that I made the payment but it was never confirmed, and I asked selly if they could refund it, then they replied that they could not refund the money because the seller had already received it, that if I needed a Refund Me I will contact the seller directly, but they were able to process my order and verify that the payment was successful.
I asked them to process my order, and one day after my order was successfully processed, I received my mail from selly like any normal purchase, so I contacted the seller to get a refund for my selly payment, but he offered some accounts and I said yes.
But every time i dm the seller, he was always busy, he didn't have accounts or he didn't reply to my messages, so I decided to ask him for a refund again.
But he apologized and said that he could not, being that before making the second payment he confirmed that he would make the refund, in addition to that at that time he had already received the payment but said no.

The seller has given me a bad service despite having paid 2 times for it, being that he told me that he would return my payment but he never did, I made 2 payments of 30gbp,
The seller delivered the method and 1 account as indicated in the publication of the same, but I paid 2 times,
I want my 30gbp back,
in addition he just attending in anydesk or teamviewer, I cannot be giving access to my machine to a stranger just because he does not do it whith messages or a guide.
