Additional Information: www.bulletpool.com is a fraudulent website. The seller's actions clearly indicate a deliberate scam. The server provided by this seller was shockingly unreliable, with persistent connection problems occurring EVERY DAY. Despite my attempts to address these issues by submitting tickets on the website, the customer service response was abysmally slow, further exacerbating the problem. 
To seek resolution, I also reached out to the seller on Skype (username: jonastone777). Regrettably, after October 24, the seller completely ceased communication and failed to provide any further assistance or support regarding the server. This complete lack of response and accountability demonstrates a severe disregard for customer satisfaction and constitutes an unacceptable level of service.
Given the severity of this situation, I am left with no choice but to purchase a new server from a different, reputable seller. I hereby demand a full refund for the purchase made on www.bulletpool.com, as I cannot tolerate such appalling service and an utterly unreliable server. The actions of this seller have not only caused significant financial loss but also immense frustration and inconvenience.

First of all, This is not first time you have bought server from us. This is third time i can see you have bought server from our site and we do our best to deliver your server on time and also provide you good support. However, This time we didn't receive any official request on the ticket that your server is not working or anything like that. We have received your request on the skype and we did replied you there that your server is fixed. Now, Without any other point of contact you have opened this scam report which is directly INVALID. You have bought a product/Services from a Company not from a person you must understand this simple thing.

Since, This is not the first time you have purchased servers from us which clearly states that we delivered server and provide good service in the past as well. So there is no chance of any scam as well this time either.

So, I encourage you to open a ticket on our site and state your issue there and our backend team will look in to it and fix your issue if any within 12 hours. Kindly act like a professional rather than a teenager on this matter.

The server is active and working fine. If you do not want the server you may cancel the server through the website and a refund is not available on dedicated servers as per our refund policy which you have agreed to when placing the order.

@hackHEART888 I have taken look at the evidence. The server is up and running. They have fixed your issue. I will not make them refund based on the issue was fixed. You have been using their service for sometime as well. Solved, closed.
