1. refunds are situation based and any request for a refund can be denied regardless of the reason (i.e. if you do not know how to use the tool you will not be refunded)(i.e. the tool does not work on your computer, you might be refunded)(if your license is revoked you will not be refunded)
2. no sharing licenses (this includes having multiple people using a tool on an shared RDP or VPS
8. follow the chanchan tools discord/guilded rules. if you break these rules your license may be revoked for any/all chanchan tools
9. if you are accused and verified of scamming under any circumstances your license may be revoked for all ChanChan Tools
10. using alt accounts to “ban evade” will result in license termination

The items from the chanchan tools terms of service listed above all apply to this situation in some way. This user’s licenses for tools not mentioned in the scam report were revoked due to the user sharing the licenses (item 2). The user then purchased sqlray using an alternate discord account (item 10). Item 9 also applies to this situation as the user exit scammed the aio they were developing. Item 8 also applies as the user broke rules on the chanchan tools discord and guilded servers including spamming staff. all of these violations of my tos have the punishment of license termination. On a side note (and i really don’t know if this matters), the “friend” who this scam report was made for (mody) has been banned from c.to at least 4 times now.
