I wanted him to bypass my locked paypal account he said he could do it but offers no refunds, meaning he asks for 85$ for a service that he cannot guarantee and excludes refunds. So he could basically just not even try and keep my money. As if that wasn't enough he denied MM which is also against the rules. I don't want to know how many people he scammed this way.

The user opened a scam report without even buying anything, lol :) Probably OP is new to PayPal and has no idea how services work. We have never scammed anyone and have dozens of positive reviews. When anyone from the staff reads this, kindly remove this thread. Thanks!
