It seems like until he potentially sells it it's not going to get updates which sucks because a lot of modules don't really work. The tool won't get updated until you found a new owner, you said that. Yes, @xBrendo could simply wait but his decision is not to wait for a new dev. He bought it just a few days ago, he wasn't aware of your decision.
