Additional Information:They never mention once in their thread that the account can get unbanned so quickly and they won't be able to ban it again. They are obviously scamming me of my money by denying a refund.

I would have settled on a partial refund but because of their crude behaviour and bad customer support, I would like a full refund please. Also if their thread is gonna remain up, please make them add to their thread that account can get unbanned so quickly and they won't be able to ban it again and give only 1 free "replacement".

There were multiple announcements on the old server that got banned and on this one that accounts can get unbanned and that, if they're unbanned we offer a free 0-5k ban (once per order).

After opening of the scam report, He made an announcement in his discord server https://imgur.com/a/y92g9xw.
Prior to that, there is nothing of the sort there. And there is still no mention in their thread that the account can get unbanned so quickly and they won't be able to ban it again.

Edit: They really except everyone to somehow read announcements from their old server, talk to all their customers e.t.c?
They don't have a disclaimer channel and there was nothing of the sort in the announcement channel of their server prior to this scam report. Even now as you can see their announcement is incomplete and potentially misleading.
