Additional Information: 
About a week ago I purchased 14 boosts for 3 months from him, I started talking in the general chat that was on his server (he also removed this chat from the server), many people started asking questions about where the boosts are and more - but no one got a single answer from him.

After a day he decided to say that the stock is over and within 24 hours everyone will receive their boosts.
After 24 hours passed, he informed that there is currently a problem and if within 32 hours we do not receive the boosts, he will issue refunds.
After 32 hours he again uploaded an update that he "found a new way" and that day we should have received the boosts.

In tickets, he doesn't answer no matter what! He doesn't care if it's a new customer, not a new customer - he's online most of the time and doesn't care about anyone.
He locked the chats so people couldn't even check stock or anything else. Unfortunately, I fell for their scam.

Crypto address for a refund: The priority is for him to make a refund as he has already posted updates of his discord server using sellix.

I didn't quite understand the part where you tag him and still bump your thread as your service is normal and works fine.
I talked to your customers, besides the fact that in the past you provided them with half boosts - they were also removed due to discord's security (and some who after that they did not receive anymore boosts).

So why do you keep posting this scam?
People see it as a joke. Especially when you tag your friend when you are the "Founder". I'd rather you make a refund than the boosts (which will probably be removed after a few days as your customers claim).
The worst customer service I have ever seen. Even until now I have not received an answer on the ticket.

It's amazing how much they don't care, what a disgusting service
Can someone handle this? He wrote in the updates that "everyone got the boosts", but I didn't even get one boost. I believe even if I get them, the boosts will drop after a week. What a horrible service, I have never come across anything like this.

As stated by pitcher in the announcements, we have failed to boost a total of 4 orders due to invalid invite. So if you did not receive your boosts that means you were one of them. @Pitcher is the one who fulfills all the orders and collects the cryptocurrency payments, so if you would like a refund that’s why I’m tagging him.

True, and yet you said to contact you via ticket, and you don't care about your customers (unfortunately, it seems to me that you are robots in discord).
I would be happy for a refund through Sellix, not interested in continuing to be your "customer" for even a moment longer. The worst service I have ever seen in my entire life
