Not looking to get too involved in dispute besides verifying and adding info, because I was technically neither a customer nor a victim, but simply an observer and member of the Discord channel. However, I can confirm that:
  • @Snow was an owner/partner working with @Queen on this B4U server (even though, unless other screenshots come about proving it, there doesn't seem to be any evidence on forum that he was helping)
  • I have screenshots here proving that there was a B4U being advertised directly by @Queen on site (I took them at the timestamps noted in the photo in CST, because, shock shock, I suspected that there would be an exit scam Juice)
  • There were some people in chat (I'm assuming actual, legitimate customers) who were repeatedly asking staff members to work on their tickets after they paid the staff and their orders were not taken care of. One user confirmed it had been at least three days since they had paid without a fulfilled order
  • The vouches provided in that Discord were really suspicious
    • Half of the vouches were screenshotted orders made and sent by owner/staff members
      • Some of these included information like "customer wanted to stay anonymous". Sure buddy, sure.
    • Other provided "vouches" were screenshotted orders that products were on their way
    • There was never an order confirmed in hand on that server
    • One user, one of the only "repeat customers," gave his fourth vouch something along the lines of "service is great (so good you can trust blindly)" Like tf ??? literally no one, their mother, or their left testicle would say some whack shit like that in a vouch
If any other information needs to be verified, I am willing to give my word in this dispute because I hate seeing shit like this happen. I'm surprised their scheme didn't last longer to be quite honest, they (supposedly) had people in chat talking about buying a large bulk amount of products, which if true would have netted them way more victims and money. Bummer :(

Additional note, there was no DM from Discord talking about the server violating rules/account receiving a warning, so it was almost certainly a voluntary closing of the server.

Additional additional note, because OP didn't provide it, the XMAS B4U server provided products in a B4U fashion, from stores that used PayPal checkouts, for 35% of the product's retail price. Idk at what point the "B4U" aspect was interpreted as "pay and wait" by the customers, but regardless the outcome is quite a few customers had payed ahead of time without confirmation on their products delivery.
Goodbye :)

Sorry for getting involved in this deal dispute, but I got some useful information:

@Snow had a B4U before with a few other guys, I send them 100€, they exit scammed everyone. (Still have screenshots of the communication, maybe Im gonna open a deal dispute I was just too lazy to do it when I got scammed.)
When I confronted @Snow he said he sold the B4U, so it isnt him who scammed me.

This would be the 2nd B4U where @Snow was involved that seems to follow the exact same pattern.

Also I asked @Snow on Discord if he was the Snow from the B4U before where I got scammed and he denied it.

Anyways Im good I used @Hans69 as middleman Kiss
