tesco is related or is an alt of xenos, restorecord owner https://pub-54c69db7bda4414f9fe1378d208a...record.png
the reason I bring this is up is because the restorecord group (xenos, zebratic) that tesco is affiliated with are habitual fraudsters. So it makes complete sense that I have now been impacted by fraud via Tesco.
Please provide proof that I contacted you "showing no care to it at all"
If you didn't care about $35, you would pay me the money instead of wasting all this time and false reporting me multiple times (claims I doxed him - fails, claims I'm an alt - fails)
The payment was fraud. The PayPal dispute reason was "Unauthorized transaction", indicating that the purchase was made without legal consent of the PayPal account holder. Obviously, any breach of fraud laws is going to be against a service's ToS. This is just common sense. We are forced to comply with fraud laws which exist in pretty much every jurisdiction of the world.
A service doesn't need to say "hey um don't commit crimes". Plus, we already have language in our ToS that says you aren't allow to commit crimes anyways..
Also you just said that you don't think the PayPal email or country will match up. That makes this even more likely to be fraud since you can't provide any proof someone purchased on your behalf. So, I am only growing more suspicious that you committed the fraud yourself..
As soon as the Dispute is opened, the merchant will get charged dispute fee if lost. And you can't fight Paddle disputes yourself, they fight on your behalf. And of course when fraud takes place, Paddle can not win the dispute no matter how good of a case they make. Since it's theft.
