Additional Information: I ordered x3 binances off him , he said 100 times in a sec, in a min, in a hour, however i finally rushed him yesterday to finalize his order. He provided 2 binances and 1 that I was unable to login to due to facial recognision so I told him i want it replaced or refunded.
Till this day i still haven't received the documents for the last 3 binances and he keeps saying "in a min, in an hour, in a sec" and that's been going on since i started dealing with him. So I simply asked him if I should open a DD against him and he said "Go ahead" if you want to wait 2-3 days until @Liars answers on this thread. Then he said, send me the link to the thread i'll answer after 24hrs with the purpose of slowing down finalising his order.
I want him to finalize his order by delivering the 3rd Binance account and giving the promised documents for all 3 (FRONT BACK SELFIE) as agreed before making an order or full refund.
