Scam report against spoty.gg

Hi,
I have recently been kicked out of Spoty.gg’s discord server and banned because they thought I was trying to scam them.
Actually I asked for replacement on 3 keys I had previously bought. The accounts were kicked out of family plans after a few days.
I opened a ticket which you can read here attached
I would like to get my 3 replacement keys and get unbanned from the server so I have warranty on my 60+ keys
