Because it's a different version that has been updated several times. Cracked version has banned client_id, so everything u send with cracked one get flagged. So It's not even worth to use that functions, what "work" in cracked one.

Okay. I can provide 50% refund for AIO. It will be 17.5$
I don't see any point to refund for the AdBot or affiliated account since he used it and it works perfectly.
