Additional Information: He wanted to sell me cracked napster accounts he had already in stock. After i send him BTC he send me only 2k from 20k then told me his file was crashed and he need to crack it again. It was almost month ago and till now he didn't send me accounts and he won't make a partial refund that i proposed. I even told him to replace napster accounts to other streaming service that he had in stock if he can't get napster but he didnt want so there we are.
