I'm sorry to intrude on this scam report, I also bought his proxies and had the same issue with him. I contacted him and received a refund. But it looks like he is reselling fineproxy or some other rotating provider which isn't a good look.

Same for me, I also received a refund. He tried to give me and CloudForce the same shitty Proxy, after I said him that I didn't bought a "shared rotating proxy" (it was a dead proxy) he refunded me.
