Scam report against @xKw $100

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $100 for HQ Private Combolist 400k

Contacted the seller regarding a private combo list that he has been promoting on the website, seller seemed friendly throughout the initial conversation. Upon agreeing to purchase 400k USA Private Yahoo lines the transaction went smoothly until there was around 150k duplicated & 100k emails where not US Yahoo emails. I questioned this to the seller and he has acknowledged his mistake then gave me some extra lines. When I was checking these on Yahoo I had gotten 0 hits out of 70k lines checked. I raised my concern with the seller and then I was told I would get a replacement or a refund once he checks it himself. A little while goes by and the seller confirms that he is outside & he will send me what I originally paid for. Since then the seller has ignored me, even though the seller is active on cracked.to advertising his Discord leaves me to believe the seller has intentionally ignored me. Therefore I believe raising a dispute is the only way to get this issue resolved. The seller has confirmed in chat "if data is bad, I will refund" in this case I would like a full refund.

Seller has agreed to issue me a refund the following day, I will keep the thread open until the refund has been given.

No response yet from xKw, I believe that he is using an alt account under the name of @zxcombo
My reason for this is the similarities in threads between the two, the constant profile viewing by @zxcombo & since xKw is aware of the scam report and has not been online, its safe to assume he has been viewing the topic an alternative way.
