Sorry, I won't be sending funds upfront to anyone. I don't have his money, Stripe does. They are holding it against my will. I've tried my best to convince them to release them, but they won't until after 119 days, at this time. I will be sending him the funds after the release period is up. If this gets my account banned, then so be it. I don't really care. I'm not making an exception to my ToS for one complaining client. I have 15 other clients who understand my situation and are working with me, like the user sweataccounts above. It's no fun for anyone involved in this situation, but it is a risk they all took when using such a service I offer.
