Hi, I'm not the one who sells the products, @ZBCloud sells them, I'm the administrator, not the owner, but from what I've noticed, kewo (the owner of ZBCloud) has been offline for many days, so as not to lower my reputation and have them think that I was the one who scammed you, I'll give you a refund with money from my pocket (I don't get any part of the money from ZBCloud, since I was the developer/admin).
