Additional Information: I was an ordinary client of ping.fo since they moved to a new store managed by other people. They ensured that all credit would be transfered to the new site within 24/48hrs (this was like 14th nov). Since i already had an account on that new website i was told to contact the support for this specific situation but i’m not receiving answers anymore.
