Additional Information: On 16th of January there was a new channel in the CrossPower server (I had been there for some time before). It was to my understanding Benny selling Fitbit watches, but CrossPower was also there and bragging about the service saying he has and is also SEing the watches with screenshots of confirms. At the time there was only CrossPower and Benny on the server so he was some co-owner? Which CrossPower is denying. Also bragging about the Fitbit mentorship. I placed an order for an Fitbit sense for 50 euros. 2 days later CrossPower is saying that Benny exited, I pinged him in ticket and he told me he will be doing the tickets but will take time. So I think I pinged him twice more till on 9th February my ticket was deleted. I contacted him in DMs and he told me it wasn't him that deleted the ticket. The same day there was a new TOS channel stating that CrossPower isn't responsible for sellers scamming. This is 3 weeks after Benny "exited" (For all I know could've been him) and in DMs he's saying he added that TOS because of Benny. Nice excuse but it's 3 weeks late. And now he's saying he's not responsible no more. 
He uses the argument that it's a seller marketplace (with 5 sellers right now) although it was only him and Benny selling there at the time vouching for each other and working together. He says Benny exited and he wasn't the one who did the scam and wasn't involved, but does that remove all resposibility from you? At the time there wasn't any TOS channel saying you're not resposible, that channel was created 3 weeks after I was, by his words, scammed by Benny and then my Ticket was deleted. When I ordered I didn't know he wasn't responsible for that. In the DMs you try and say that you didn't SE but in the Fitbit channel which Is removed now you were sending sending pictures of confirms of the SEs you did and bragging for the mentorship. Now you say you ever only did 2 SEs of Fitbit, so that means you just ghosted for month and a half with your bullshit ''I'll try and do the orders''.
Crypto address for a refund: I paid with Paypal by buying a giftcard.

First off all, i am not @BennyD. I also didnt brag about his fitbit orders or that i could do them, I have only sold 1 product in the server. and that was 2 months ago.
Im sorry your ticket got deleted. but you saved it so ur good. As you can see in ur ticket. eveything was handled by bennyD and i had nothing to do with it.
Benny wasnt a co-owner. he was a seller, at the time we only had 2 sellers, him and a guy named sam.
I said i was gonna do some orders for customer, just to be kinda to those who got scammed. But i dont have time and money. every order costs money to do. and also takes a lot of time.

You did talk about SEing Fitbit products yourself and his mentorship. And what does him being a seller change. You can ''accidentally'' delete my ticket after ghosting for 3 weeks and then create a new TOS that you're not responsible but just there.

Well he is the seller not me, u talked with him. payed him. i wasnt involved at all.
I didnt delete ur ticket, a admin in my server did.

In your server, with you overseeing tickets. I don't remember no TOS saying you're not responsible back then, if you're an admin then you're responsible. The TOS was made in 9th February the same day ticket dissapeared.
