Additional Information: I hired The_Joker299 to perform a service. I paid him half of his fee upfront to get started since he needed to buy an exploit kit. However, he has not delivered or even shown he is working on the task. Every once in a while he will try to buy more time saying he forgot or was out on vacation. I paid for these services on June 22nd and still don't have any idea on when it might be delivered.

Just updating as the work is NOT completed. The_Joker299 was supposed to intercept a redirect that was already live and point it somewhere else. He has not done that. Do not close this thread.
