Additional Information:
I have purchased a cryptovoucher.io account from seller which I specifically asked for a level 2 KYC and he said yes. I received the account being a level 1 KYC (which I don't need because I already have one). I asked the seller why it was not level 2 and he said that he would reupload the docs etc and even contact support about it, but nothing yet. It has been about 3 weeks since I had purchased this account and the issue persists ever since.

I thought he was a legit seller and due to his reputation on forum, I thought that this might be a small mistake by his side that he would fix in no time so I purchased a revolut account from him for 300$. I asked for an austrian account and he didnt reply to me for some time. When I kept asking about the account he always said that he would be finishing it at the same day, even though when I bought him, he said that it wouldnt take him longer than a day. We agreed on him sending me a romanian account instead, which he had ready, because I needed a revolut account at the time. He sent me the romanian account and I read through the instructions. Shen I tried logging into the cloud phone which was delivered with the account, I was immediately logged off of revolut. When I tried signing back in, I was not receiving any SMS on the SMS-Provider which he had provided too (have screenshots of this aswell and conversations with friends of mine that I was going to use the account with). I asked the seller about why this has happened and if he could fix it, and he didnt really help me for 2-3 days. All he said was "i will look into it" but no updates. When I contacted him about it, he left me on read for hours and answered with a useless answer.
After some days had passed, the proxy had expired, which he told me earlier was okay if I just buy my own proxy because I had no login to the provider that he was using, and **apparently** the phone number has expired aswell, even though I renewed it. When the seller logged into the sms provider he showed me a screenshot of 2 expired phone numbers. One has expired the immediate day after I got the account and the second one, which I originally had renewed, expired the day before "he actually had a look into the account". I assume that he cancelled the sms because there was a button to cancel it aswell. Either way, the first phone number expired basically immediately when I got the account, so I didnt really get to use it in the first place. If possible, I want the seller to replace the accounts, or fix the issues. Most of the times, when I contacted the seller, I have been left on read (see screenshot), therefore I am here to make a report on forum. He seemed like a nice person pre-purchase but when issues came up (when I couldnt use the account once), he just wasn't there. If he won't replace/fix the accounts, I'm demanding a refund.

Crypto address for a refund: Will be sent via dms once the seller wants to send the funds, which I don't think is necessary if he fixes all issues

I want to add that the number wasn't cancelled by me, so this statement it’s totally not true. Why would I cancel it and why are you able to still renew it in simsms (sms provider) if i did? It is obviously not cancelled and I did nothing to it. It just expired same day i logged in. This info can be verified by you on sms provider site. Proxy had a problem so it logged you out from Revolut. It was most likely a problem from proxy part. I make sure this doesn t happen again.
You make it seem like I wanted to break it.

In result, replacement will be provided.
