Additional Information: agreed for 20% of profits for making bot hosting it site + hosting he made 3.5k$ paid me only 100$ he ig I should be paid about 700$ but he spends some on ads so 400$ refund is okay for me

lets say you spent 500$ on ads 
 600-250 = 350$ 
health was not made up excuse and I can prove it,
