On 01/12/2022 contacted Looney to code me a panel. user agreed and we settled for 850$ as the price i paid in full in crypto, it started taking some insane long time and spoke to him trough his discord to arrange a refund as he was busy with some other stuff. i noticed today i was banned "gone" from the discord where the tickets and orders where. we agreed to a full refund the day prior as the user was busy with some other businesses noticed today earlier in the morning that i was banned tried to reach out trough discord by adding as well as messaging on the forums user is active but not viewing replying. i only have proof of payment sent. https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1...22N9kcpNbG
