Additional Information: I did a refund through him paid the 213 yes it was roughlllly maybe 24hrs after the time but i was working. so then he decides to charge me another 10% "which is not listed on any thread and when told to show the thread proceeds to dodge and tell me look for it myself. looking at all his telegrams nothing pinned nothing in all recents. even the thread for the orginal amazon is gone only shows amazon in transit with no percentage super fishy how its all of sudden gone. so now after paying him 213$ he tryna charge me another 10$ and if i dont pay the "10% on top of the 20% he said he gonna have them rebill me. so okay fine.  i said refund me money and rebill. and its dodge after dodge after dodge. and just repeats himself. So said id make a scam report in hopes for it to be resolved or getting him off here before he does it to others, small telegram was already sketched by it but gave him a shot. cuz of his rep on here.  Also like to say right after he reminded me to pay i payed instantly.

^^^ clearly incompetent mans got resort to calling me names i gave my information and ask him where that thread of the "if cant pay in 24hrs its 10% more" mans probably posted and deleted just like his % :)

@BroCain I have taken a look at the chat logs, @Quzhi was not clear about the fee. The most logical solution is 10% of fee owed of 213 which is $21.30. @Quzh in the future if you wish to charge the 10% of total amount of refunded you need to be clear about it and mention it on your thread and before accepting the order you need to tell the customer in the chat about it as well. If the customer agree to that then you are able to do it. @BroCain  Pay him the $21.30 within 24 hours.
