Additional Information: I bought an account on the 9th of April, and the seller said it would take only a few minutes. 6 hours later the seller contacted me and said he is just now starting, then again stops responding for 2 hours. Once he sends the account, I log in and it's not even verified to buy/sell (https://i.imgur.com/dHpsf3q.png), and it's not even a US account. Once I tell him this, he says he will be available shortly to help fix it. 17 hours later, the seller contacts me and says that he will log on to help verify the account. Once he says this and I provide all the changed passwords and offer to provide the 2fa information, the seller reads the messages and doesn't respond for another ~20 hours. I've given up on trying to get a refund, and I no longer need his product since I'm buying one from another seller. I've given him 2-3 days to fix his error. Since the account was NEVER verified, I believe that I never got the finished product.
