Additional Information: Before purchasing an Oculus account with CC attached, he was gifting me games for $2. I purchased the account for $45 for unlimited games gifted (as he said), and the account access. I purchased the account for $45 and we agreed upon if the account was limited or something happened to it, before I reached the $45 value worth of games (19x2=$38), then he would refund me the rest. I'm not freaking out over $7.00, but he's legit been taking my money and can't even refund $7.00 lol.
